CATERING SERVICES
The Armidale Golf Club invites suitably qualified and experienced caterers to express interest in the provision of dining and function catering services commencing 1st June 2013.
The Armidale Golf Club overlooks the course and parts of the city from the function room, outdoor areas and bar. The club has been in existence since 1899 and is being promoted heavily to become a social and hospitality hub for local members and guests and visitors to the area.
Dining room and function facilities are in full operation and although demand is not yet established there is potential to provide services to members and their guests 6 days a week for lunch and dinner. Friday and Saturday’s and Sunday lunches will be promoted by the management as dining opportunities. The function business is established and contracts are often booked up to 12 months in advance. The kitchen is fully equipped with dry and cold storage appropriate to the venue. The dining area can seat up to 100 in the current configuration. The facility can cater for functions of up to 250.
The successful tenderer will provide quality and innovative catering for dining and function clientele and possess a proven successful catering business history. The successful tenderer will work closely with senior management in the marketing of the dining facilities and undertake a 2 year contractual term with further lease period options.
